We offer every product with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact support for an RMA number within 30 days of the purchase date for your choice of a full refund or an exchange.Warranty
For internet-connected sensors for which the customer has continually paid the recurring subscription fee, parts and labour will be provided free of charge, contingent upon part availability. Shipping and handling charges must be paid by the customer. Otherwise, internet-connected sensors carry a 1-year warranty from the date of sale.
